HOW TO PAY
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ZipPay, Apply Pay, Google Pay or direct deposit.
Schools, TAFE's, Colleges, Universities, Public Libraries and Government Departements can order on account. Simply send us a purchase order and we'll send you an invoice with your order.
PRICING
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price of products shown excludes delivery. You can find more details on delivery pricing and estimated delivery times on our shipping information page.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard delivery starts at $9.99 per order. The cost of shipping depends on the delivery location and the weight of the parcel. The cost of shipping for your order will be displayed on the checkout page.
Express Post is also available for most parcels up to 5kg and starts from $12.99 per order. If available the price will be shown on the checkout page.
You can elect to have your order sent with postal insurance so that if your parcel goes missing in transit we'll refund or replace it. Click here for more details.
Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature. If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk. In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track it online here or from your account.
ORDER PICKUP
Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 119, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please place your order online, by phone or email and we'll contact you once your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
