How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 per order to anywhere in Australia.
How long will my order take to be delivered?

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. Ed Resources will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post.
Deliveries may take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.
How can I track my order?
On the day your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link to track the order. If you don't get the email check your spam folder. You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the Track button on the order you wish to track. Or if you don't want to create an account you can track the order here. On the day your order ships tracking details will be uploaded to our site around 9pm (Sydney time) that day.
What happens if nobody is home when delivery is attempted?
In most instances your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and a card left advising you that your order can be collected from the post office. If this happens please ensure it is collected within 10 days otherwise the parcel will be returned back to us.
Do you delivery to PO Box addresses?
Yes we do.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 119, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday. Please place your order online, by phone or email and we'll contact you once your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only deliver to addresses in Australia. You can however order from overseas for delivery to an address within Australia.
Can the billing and shipping address be different?
Yes, at the checkout page you can choose a different billing and shipping address.
Do you include an invoice with the parcel?
No, your invoice is emailed to you so if you are purchasing for gift the person receiving the parcel will not see any pricing.
How can I pay for an order?
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, ZipPay, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.
Do you have wholesale pricing?
No, we're retail only.
